This is a space where you don’t have to be the strong one —
Where you can exhale, be honest, and begin again.
Counseling for Women — Based in the Boston area, serving across NH and MA. Specializing in EMDR for Grief, Moms & Caregivers, Biblical Counseling & Wholehearted Healing.
Right now, you feel lost.
Does This Sound Familiar?
For the woman who’s spent so much time holding everything together—for your family, your work, and your faith community—while feeling unseen, stretched thin, or quietly carrying heartache no one seems to notice.
Maybe You’re…
A mom who loves her family deeply, yet feels weary from giving more than she has to give.
A ministry leader who’s poured out for others, but quietly wonders where your own renewal will come from.
A woman carrying heartache or loss—trusting God, yet still feeling the weight of it all.
In a season of change, you may be asking God who you are beyond the roles, expectations, and responsibilities.
I see you.
This is your space to exhale—to set down the weight of being “okay.”
Here, You Can
Lay down what’s been hard to carry.
Speak what hurts.
Begin to rebuild—with a renewed mind, a whole heart, and a restored confidence in who you are.
How We’ll Walk Together
I’ll walk beside you—with compassion, clarity, and tools to help you move forward without losing yourself.
Together, we’ll:
Walk gently, at your own pace.
Make space for your story.
Trust God to meet you right where you are.
Welcome, I’m Adaris. I’m grateful you’ve found this space.
I have a heart for women who feel weary, unseen, or unsure where their joy has gone.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold everything together—where you can exhale, be honest, and begin to rebuild with a renewed mind and a whole heart.
As a woman of faith, a mother, and a counselor, I walk with women through pain, burnout, and loss—helping them find their footing again in their faith, their story, and themselves.
Specializing in:
-
A safe online space for women to release the weight of depression, anxiety, grief, or burnout through evidence-based care. Together, we’ll create room for peace, purpose, and joy.
-
A proven, compassionate approach that helps you reprocess painful memories, loosen their grip, and make space for healing and hope.
-
Caring for others often means setting your own needs aside. Here, you’ll find space to rest, process what feels heavy, and reconnect with yourself again—so you can care for others without losing yourself.
-
A space to bring your emotions forward. Together, we’ll invite God’s healing into your heart, mind, soul, and body, integrating biblical counseling, nervous system awareness, and Spirit-led care.
This isn’t a space for doing more—only peace that begins with honesty.
FROM…..
TO…..
Running on empty and calling it strength
Receiving rest as a gift, not a reward
Smiling through the ache
Naming what hurts—and being held with compassion
Grieving quietly, feeling like you “should be over it”
Offering your best yes from a grounded place
Saying yes when you’re overwhelmed
Honoring your grief as sacred, with space to heal
Reconnecting with your faith, your voice, a healed heart, and who you're becoming
Feeling disconnected—from God, from yourself
Carrying invisible weight alone
Letting support in—because you don’t have to carry it all
Let’s get started
Change doesn’t happen all at once—it begins with one small, honest step.
Together, we’ll move with care and intention toward clarity and hope.

Mind & Heart Transform
As we walk together, your mind finds clarity, and your heart finds steadiness—making space for calm, confidence, and wholeness.
03
Imagine feeling more grounded—more connected to yourself, your faith, and the people who matter most—walking with the confidence of who God says you are, no longer defined by what you carry.
